Learn the Lesson from King Nebuchadnezzar from Daniel 4

And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.
Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase. Daniel 4:34-37
Nebuchadnezzar learned the hard way that the Lord rules over the affairs of men. What was true then is still true today. "Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." Hebrews 13:8
The Lord is in total control of the affairs of men. Everything is happening according to God's plan--He will make sure that His Word is fulfilled. Jesus Christ will return--"this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven." Acts 1:11
Be ready for Christ's return. Turn from your wicked ways. Forsake your sin and believe in the glorious Gospel!
"For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:11-13
